Each week I post weekly closings and track it back to 2006. Is there a housing crisis coming? One article talks about insecurity in housing. However, you can see the data does not lie as we are having an almost record setting year. The StarTelegram put out an article stating homes are expected to rise in value by 11% in 2021. According to the Fort Worth Business Press Village Homes is rolling out 143 homes on a 29 acre lot in West Fort Worth.
What will happen to housing? What will happen in Texas? What will happen in DFW?
